MPO automatically calculated based on AC threshold values and selected Fitting Level. The greater the loss, the higher the calculated MPO. If UCL values are entered and the “MPO Linked to UCL?” option (Tools menu, Options) is set to “Yes”, the MPO will be calculated using any entered UCL threshold values.
Added Voice Alerts for Velocity 12 and Touch 12 products.
Added Binaural program linking. Select the programs you want to link, then click the Binaural Linking button (located between the fitting graphs). Once linked, changes made to the fitting values will apply to both the right and left sides.
Added the new Feedback Gain Limiter feature. With the addition of this feature, the Feedback Manager screen always displays the fitting curves in Coupler Gain view. After training the Feedback Canceller, EXPRESSfit calculates gain levels for each listening program where feedback may be possible and displays this information on the fitting graph. By default, the Feedback Gain Limit curve is for information only. If points are above this curve, you may want to decrease the fitting values at those frequencies to prevent possible feedback. You will need to review each listening program and adjust the fitting values in each program. If manually adjusting the fitting values does not resolve the feedback, you may need to force the fitting values to the calculated Gain Limit. To automatically adjust the fitting values for all listening programs based on the Feedback Gain Limiter measurement, set the “Enforce Feedback Gain Limit?” to “Yes” (Tools menu, Options).
For devices with the Auto Telephone feature, added the ability to remove the Telephone program from the listening program rotation when using the push button. This feature can be configured in the Finish Session screen.
Added the ability to print customized listening program use instructions for the patient. Select “Print Patient Handout” from the File menu and follow the instructions.
Revised the Voice Alert and SmartTone features so that the volume for Right and Left aids can be set separately.
Changed the default Fit Hearing Aid screen for ion, Touch, and Velocity miniBTE products. For these products, the Aid Info tab is displayed when first navigating to the Fit Hearing Aid step, allowing you to verify that the software and hardware configurations match. |
